Message	No, he's saying it's at 100%, meaning his turbos are giving everything they have. Any boost controller at 100% just means full duty cycle. So 100% on stock turbos may only boost 16-17 lbs, but same boost controller at 100% on some high end GTX's will be boosting 30+ lbs.
